How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days is one of our ALL-TIME favourite films here at GLAMOUR - you could even say that it's one of the reasons we wanted to work on a magazine. Yes, it may sound silly, but we SO wanted to be Andie Anderson from Composure magazine.
The movie - which is over 10 years old(!) - is still great! Why? Well, it stars Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey (back in the day when he was more about the muscles and the floppy hair, rather than Oscar-winning success), but also because it's rom-com magic. Think about it, Andie Anderson (Kate Hudson) was a successful woman, she was smart, attractive, a good friend, and above all, she was funny! Plus, it was set in New York, so what could be better?
Some of our favourite scenes include Kate Hudson singing You're So Vain, the scene when she nicknames Matthew McConaughey's you-know-what, Princess Sophia (Does Princess Sophia want to come out and play?) and when she wears that yellow dress at the end. Seriously, 10 years on and we're still lusting over that dress.
Anyway, we met up with Kate Hudson to talk about her new Fabletics range, which was great 'n' all, but we desperately wanted to ask her about How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days.
