The show brought the rising stars of comedy into our living room, and now, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, which has featured team captains including Phill Jupitus, Noel Fielding, Sean Hughes and Bill Bailey, is ending after 18 years.
The BBC has decided to pull the plug on Never Mind the Buzzcocks after 28 series - BBC2 controller Kim Shillinglaw decided not to recommission the show to "create space for new entertainment formats."
Over the years, the show has been presented by Mark Lamarr, Simon Amstell and, more recently, Rhod Gilbert.
