The Heart Angels will at the Christmas Lights Switch On at Commercial Road and Cascades Shopping Centre on Thursday 17th November alongside the NHS Portsmouth's 'Choose Well' campaign. The fun starts at 2pm with the opening of the Christmas Grotto in the Cascades Shopping Centre plus there's a Christmas Market to browse around.
