Zak Zinter, the offensive guard for the Michigan Wolverines, is in doubt about playing in the upcoming Rose Bowl against Alabama. The 22-year-old has been a vital part of the team’s undefeated record but was injured severely while playing against Ohio State and had to be stretchered off the field. Later, Zinter’s mother revealed that he had suffered a broken tibia and fibula and would be undergoing surgery for the injuries.
Jill Nicolini may spend her mornings telling the viewers of The CW in New York about the traffic, but let's just say that pictures from her steamy past suggest that she could stop it. Update, Wednesday, August 19 at 12:00 p.m.: @ArmasUpdates is back in action after suddenly disappearing off of Twitter on Monday. The anonymous stan account celebrated their return with a Miley Cyrus reaction video (appropriate given the pop star’s return to the VMAs this Sunday) and a thoughtful statement saying they “voluntarily deactivated to take a short break” from the overwhelming hate online. They explain that the account’s “tone of constructive criticism” was only meant to be self-aware about Ana de Armas’s poor pandemic etiquette in paparazzi photos.
