According to reports, Casanova was recently involved in a bloody prison altercation where another inmate "slashed" him in the face. The fight is said to have taken place yesterday (June 15), at the Essex County Correction Facility in Newark, where he awaits sentencing for his RICO case. Court documents say that the former Brooklyn rapper was assaulted with a weapon. Allegedly, his fellow inmate Ulysses Lugo carried out the brutal attack.
